The Importance of Being an English Geek

You know you're an English geek when:
Spelling and grammar mistakes drive you mad
You buy books just for the sake of owning them
You talk about Poetry and symbolism with your friends

Cady and I unsuccessfully tried to convince Robert and Adam of the absolute fabulousness of poetry yesterday. Even when we brought up 'To His Coy Mistress' and 'The Word Plum,' they were adamant. They're just clueless.

I Bought 'The Magnificent Ambersons' Wednesday. I still have a huge reading list, but I compulsively accumulate literature.
